Workpiece principle and installation maintenance: the electromagnetic power loss brake is mainly composed of excitation part (yoke, coil, spring, armature), brake disc, spline sleeve and other main parts. The excitation part is installed on the engine base through the mounting screw. After adjusting the air gap to the specified value δ, screw out the hollow bolt reversely and tighten the excitation part. The spline sleeve is connected with the transmission shaft through the key, and the brake disc is meshed with the spline through the spline. When the coil is powered off, under the action of the spring, the friction between the brake disc and the armature, the end face of the frame (or the brake plate) is generated, which is transmitted to the transmission shaft for braking through the spline sleeve. When the coil is electrified, under the action of electromagnetic force, the armature is sucked to the yoke to release the brake disc and release the brake of the transmission shaft. (in case of power failure in equipment maintenance, the brake can be released by axially pulling the hand release mechanism.)
Before installation, the oil and foreign matters on the surface of the friction pair shall be removed
